New twist in Nishit Narayan's accident

Overspeeding and rash driving are two major causes of accidents on Indian roads and we often see such accidents regularly. But it gets highlighted when a celebrity or the kids of famous personalities get involved in these accidents. A speeding luxury car snuffing two young lives, in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad on 10th May Midnight has once again pointed to how youth continue to be the most vulnerable road users and that speeding is the biggest killer. It’s been over two weeks since AP minister Narayana’s son Nishit Narayan along with his friend Kamani Raja Ravichandra were killed in a car crash due to over speeding.

There were several reports that the youngster was driving the vehicle at a speed of over 200 kph. However, the Hyderabad traffic police has a different version to say. “We analyzed the CCTV footage and found out the speed of the vehicle by calculating the distance between the two pillars. The distance was 75 feet and it took only 0.56 seconds for the vehicle to cover that distance. From this we concluded the SUV must have been moving at 146 km/hr,” a senior official of Hyderabad traffic police said.kph.
