Sensational director and South Indian Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Robo 2.0’ has wrapped up the shoot and is in the post-production mode. Touted to be the costliest Indian movie ever made with a budget of over 400 crores, the movie is all set to hit the screens globally, on 25th January next year.
While there was strong speculation that ‘Robo 2.O’ is a sequel to Shankar-Rajini’s 2010 blockbuster ‘Robo’, the director has clarified it saying ‘Robo 2.O’ is a different story and it’s not a sequel to ‘Robo’. Directed by Shankar, the movie has Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar as an antagonist and Amy Jackson in an important role.
